Jarosław Bator is the COO and a Board Member of Business Link Sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland. At the same time, he also works for Skanska as the Business Development Director, the Management Team Member, where is responsible for strategic planning beyond the current business plan, for large sites and new sectors of the property market, and also for boosting Skanska office space.

Jarek ran teams for the largest real estate portfolios in Central Europe. He is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). In 2001-2002, he worked for Andersen. Then (2002-2012) he worked for EY, where he specialized in real estate valuation, transaction management, investment feasibility analysis and real estate portfolio management strategies. In 2012, he joined Polish State Railways as the Managing Director of Real Estate. He was also the originator and co-founder of the company XCITY INVESTMENTS, a pioneering concept which, thanks to the property development, financed a loss-making activity related to the maintenance of railway infrastructure. In 2015, he was nominated for the Prime Property Prize in the "Man of the Year” category.
