Graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, he has also  completed post-graduate project management studies at the Kozmiński University in Warsaw.

For almost 10 years, he has been financing projects in the seed and start-up phase, acting as the investment manager and the Board President of Technology Accelerator Gliwice. He is a member of a number of technology companies’ supervisory boards.  As an expert in developing business models, he conducts market analyses, prepares and supports implementation of both business plans and development processes.

He has worked as a coordinator as well as project management implementer of international ventures and projects co-financed from the European Union funds. He has gained extensive experience in start-ups management, strategy development, creation and implementation of business plans and project management.

He has analysed over 400 business and investment ideas, prepared over 100 business plans, business planning related analyses as well as analyses of economic profitability for private companies. He has advised on the establishment of several innovative companies in the SME sector.
