Position: Vice-President for Development

Holds Master of Law degree and MA in administration. He gained professional experience by serving in public administration, and taught intellectual property law at the Koszalin University of Technology. He has close ties with the HR industry, where he worked from 2005 holding managerial positions. He has provided legal and business consultancy support to corporations. He has been a member of the Self-Government Board of Appeals since 2009, and is one of the founders of the Mediation Centre at the Association of Merchants and Entrepreneurs in Koszalin, where he works as a mediator.

He is a member of the UNECE Group of Experts on Coal Mine Methane. In July 2016, he was appointed Vice-President of the Chamber of the Natural Gas Industry, gathering gas industry operators. In 2017, he was appointed President of the Chamber of the Natural Gas Industry. Thanks to his efforts PGNiG SA joined the International Centre of Excellence on Coal Mine Methane (ICE-CMM).
