AssemblePrint is a technology for FDM 3D printers that automates component assembly during the printing process. The system combines 3D printing with precise placement of parts such as bearings, inserts, magnets, and selected components, reducing manual post-processing and improving repeatability. The solution includes an assembly module, a parts feeder, and dedicated software with a CAD plugin that allows users to define assembly points in just a few clicks. AssemblePrint is designed for manufacturing companies, R&D teams, OEM partners, and advanced 3D printing users looking to reduce labor costs, shorten lead times, and scale production more efficiently. The project is supported by PARP under the Startup Platforms program to accelerate commercialization of the technology.
