Position: Strategy & Innovation Director

He is an enthusiast of using strategic thinking in the field of Branded Customer Experience. He works closely with clients in developing brand communication strategies. He prefers collaboration through workshops - using collective work models and interactive methods of moderating groups. He is a challenger, he likes to know why something does not work before he looks for the best solution to the problem.

He is passionate about preparing creative presentations. A graduate of the Brand Strategy School at SAR. He lectured at Collegium Civitas and SGH. Speaker at marketing conferences: Forum IAB Forum, IAB Internet Week, Marketing Progress and AdUniverse.

For over 12 years he has been working in brand communications and advertising, he has worked, among others, in Gadu-Gadu, E-Graphics (TBWA), ACR (Group K2) and ZenithOptimedia. Works with brands from many categories: cosmetics, finance, FMCG, DIY, IT, OTC.

Łukasz Zaleśny, as the Strategy and Innovation Director, is responsible for strategic support for clients of the Blue 449 media agency by extending the strategic workshops offer including the client's business partners participation, improving the quality of strategic recommendations by strengthening the team's competence and implementing innovative communications projects at the intersection of media and creation.
