European Start-up Days – 2021, the year of Tech

For three days in September the International Congress Centre will provide a stage for technologies and inventors of extraordinary and groundbreaking solutions.

People and dialogue. Technology and business. Competition and prestige. Matching creators of innovative solutions with those looking for inspirations and new investment opportunities remains the mission of the European Tech and Start-up Days.
What is its goal? To invent new solutions, develop products, services and businesses.

Last year’s 5th edition was the response to the evolution of the Polish start-up sector. The event under the new name European Tech and Start-up Days brought together people interested in the economic and technological development.
In 2020 an even stronger emphasis was put on tech companies, including those well beyond their early stages.

Creators of innovations... Knowledge, passion and openness are their hallmarks.
This is what makes the European Tech and Start-up Days a perfect platform for networking and broadening horizons. Here people discuss their fantastic ideas and verify their business potential.

Technologies transform the world and innovations are something that can be touched.
Come to see them. Discover them. Try them. Every year great start-ups come to Katowice to present themselves to the world. Again you have an opportunity to reach a higher level.

Technology First

Last year the European Tech and Start-up Days and the European Economic Congress become even more associated with each other.
The word “tech” in the name emphasises the significance of technology as a platform for cooperation between companies, irrespective of the scale of their operations, organisational structure or experience. We want the International Congress Centre to become a place where beginners with inspiring ideas can interact both with mature companies that grew out of start-ups and well-established business giants that apply a business approach to knowledge and, despite their position on the market, are still interested in developing innovations, with creativity and investing in bold projects deeply rooted in their DNA.

Creative, innovative companies and their leaders come to Katowice to engage in a meaningful dialogue with experienced managers ready to invest in technological novelties.

For the 13th time in its history, representatives of the world of business, presidents of global corporations, decision makers from Poland, Europe and around the world, politicians and experts shaping our economies and societies will attend the European Economic Congress in Katowice (22 September 2021, the International Congress Centre), the largest business conference in Central Europe.

Come to Katowice to meet potential investors and spot extraordinary business opportunities In Katowice, the participants of the Start-up Challenge competition will do their best to attract the attention of investors and the audience, presenting their innovative business ideas. This is only one of the many ways of presenting business ideas to potential investors, collecting valuable feedback as well as gaining organisational and financial support. It is also an opportunity to seek advice of mentors and consult experts on the validity of business concepts. In the history of the event representatives of the global corporations present at the European Economic Congress have had numerous opportunities to learn the latest from the technological sector and meet the disruptors of the tech industry.
