Graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology. In 2011 he completed Executive MBA studies at the University of Warsaw and the University of Illinois. He collected comprehensive knowledge on IT operations in many industries. In the Internet and telecommunications industry, he worked in the years 1995-2003 for Polska Online and TDC Internet, where he was responsible for the development of hosting systems and services. In the period 2004-2011, as the head of the software development department, he co-founded the Polish shared services centre F. Hoffman-La Roche, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. In the following years, being the CTO of the Allegro Group - the leader of e-commerce in Poland, he supervised one of the largest in the Agile transformation region.

From 2014 he held the position of CIO/CTO and Managing Director at mBank, and then from 2017 Krzysztof Dąbrowski is Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations and IT.
